Audits of
Industrial Safety
The ADIX EX Audit is not a formality: it is a key tool to verify whether an installation with an explosion risk is designed, maintained and operating with the appropriate level of safety. At ADIX, we perform in-depth technical audits that detect critical deviations before they become incidents.
Our audits are carried out by certified engineers, with real experience in the field and in-depth knowledge of ATEX and IEC standards. We provide a useful report, with clear and prioritized actions, which allows you to make decisions with technical criteria.

This is how we perform your ADIX EX Audit

We evaluate all relevant equipment and systems in classified areas: cabinets, wiring, connectors, protections, ATEX equipment entrances, etc. The inspection is carried out on-site by certified engineers, according to the levels of detail required by the regulations.
In accordance with the ATEX Directive 1999/92/EC, we verify whether the design and maintenance carried out complies with the requirements of the applicable standards. This includes the traceability of interventions, use of appropriate spare parts and training of technical staff to ensure the correct operation of the equipment.
When the facility meets the requirements, the audit directly contributes to the validation of the Explosion Protection Document. If not, we identify the actions needed to restore compliance and reduce risk.
ADIX recommends that you carry out an EX-ASA on a regular basis at your facility to meet the requirements of the applicable standards.
An installation may seem secure, but only a technical audit confirms it.
At ADIX we reinforce with technical evidence and objective criteria that your installation is safe, giving you the keys to correct, improve and document the safety of your plant based on regulations.
